I always have a 5 min video call, before we confirm a new booking. It allows us a chance to break the ice and connect. If we’re both happy after the call, we secure the booking.
Once you send the booking request, I’ll confirm the booking on AW and message you my bank details, for the deposit.
I check in 48 hours before any meeting and again on the day to confirm all is ok and go ahead as planned.
