Cancellation policy; I do not rebook with people who cancel under 24 hours, unless a deposit is received on the next booking attempt. All cancellations are recorded. Persistent cancellations will result in a permanent ban & details will be passed to colleagues & the authorities should I deem it's a form of targeted harassment.
Therapy Room
The room is set up ready on arrival. As you would expect. Floor mattress is an option for larger folks, (over 20+ stones). This must be requested when booking. It takes extra time to set up the space. People who request that I change the room on arrival, will be asked to leave & come back in 15 minutes. Time will be removed from the booked treatment, to compensate for blatant lack of communication.
